Woman Stabs Her Husband Over His Facebook Posts
Watch what you say on Facebook, especially if you have a potentially violent spouse. A woman is in jail for allegedly stabbing her husband after reading his Facebook posts. Rhonda Roshell Washington out of Bryant Texas was arrested this week after getting into a nasty argument with her husband over what he’d been saying on Facebook. The argument eventually spun out of control as she chased him around the kitchen with a knife, stabbing him as a result.
Police were called to the house, where the man sustained a serious wound to his hand after being stabbed. The woman denied that Facebook was the cause of the stabbing and instead claimed that her husband was on PCP at the time. Rather than stabbing him with a knife, she told police that she had simply jabbed him with a set of car keys.

While I agree that he should be watching what he says on FB being a married man and she needs some serious counseling….If all he sustained was serious injuries to the hand, that does not justify a 20 year stint in prison. At some point it becomes an addictive process and when a person RAMPS UP coming down does not happen until the discharge is accomplished. Many people who experience this type of rage from inside their own minds are shocked at their own behavior. To them it is like a slow motion horror flick in which they are watching the carnage that their body is performing. They deny that they gave themselves permission to blow up. Some even say that something else took over their body and shoved them aside. Facebook did not trigger this as it was already deeply rooted. This is why scripture states “Do not provoke your children to wrath.” The effects live on for generations and becomes a volatile defense mechanism which also opens up the person to manipulation. Be safe in your disagreements.

Of course this lady should be punished. For example, she could be given the choice of serving time or attending anger management classes. This is the kind of justice meted out to white folk, and the richer the white criminal, the more he/she gets away with because money hires the best lawyers.

People put their personal and private information on FB, to get attention. If you notice, most of the statuses that are posted seem to be some type of venting. They disguize it as a quote or some other creative format, but it all bpi8ls down to insecurity. I am not going to run to FB every time me and my girl has an altercation. Or if I am not getting along with my dad etc. FB is not meant for insecure people. They use it as cheap therapy
Wow!!! The question is what was it that she saw? if she saw anything,I strongly suggest if you are married you should be on Facebook it can cause alot of confusion. It is possible you can keep up wit old friends and cut buddy’s from the past and to be real alot of them don’t care if your married, and that’s when you have a problem not saying that’s the case here just my opinion. You have females out there that dont care temptation, then you end up getting caught up….its so simple it could happen in a blink of an eye Satan is working.
I agree with Lares. Though i understand why she stabbed him, there is a better way. I can comment on the anger from personal experience. The rage is controllable until someone provokes it. Mine came from generational rage along with some childhood issues. The weird thing is I wasn’t abusive…..I didn’t beat my children, kick the dog, etc, but I would sure tag that a*s when someone f##ked over me or step up to me in a threatening way ( it didn’t matter if it was authority); therefore, I never felt I had a problem with rage. We don’t know the full story. He might have raised up at her in a threatening way and then she proceeded to slice and dice his a*s. Too bad she didn’t identify her rage before this tragedy. It is a tragedy becuz she’s going to prison. These laws are harder on women than men. She has a double whammy…….she’s a black woman. She needs therapy and spiritual counseling.

I think that there is more to the story that we don’t know or need to know. She accuse him of being on PCP which makes one do some crazy things, this sister could have been fighting for her life! She could be a victim of abuse. One never knows the othe side, only the media side!!!

This is just the beginning,and that is the most unfortunate situation specially in African American communities. We have finally cause problems that the rest of the American community will not deal with. The African American community is on their own. The crime rate in all major cities is exclusively caused by African Americans. Statistics indicate that the average African American male and female under the age of 40 is either unemployed on welfare or in jail. We are killing each other stealing from each other wholesale. The white and Hispanic community is no longer willing to trust and higher African Americans for any type of opportunity’s that or anything else that may be available. We as a people are no longer trusted and unable to blame anyone but ourselves for our own stupidity and ignorance.
African Americans did not take advantage of the opportunities that were available, these opportunities are being taken by immigrants willing to work to make a better life for themselves.
A message to the African American community when we had the opportunity we did not take advantage of it, so now we will have to hope that the new immigrants are willing to deal with the few African Americans that are willing to take advantage of the opportunities that may be available.
I said it before, and I say it again, you didn’t want to work for the white man , and now you have to hope that the new immigrant business community is willing to let you work for them.

A friend of mines came to me a few months ago to discuss a few personal problems…he stated that his girl-friend is putting everything they do or say on Facebook.com…
The solution to this problem was easy…
1) Told him to separate his e-mail accounts from Facebook.com, using something you never use, and change your Facebook.com name…
2) I told him to use a difference e-mail account for his Linkedin.com account…
3) He does use Twitter, but if he does, I told him to use a third e-mail account…
4) Get rid of your girlfriend (which he did – cold-turkey style), just leave her alone and move on…
You might as well post all of your business on these social sites…
